Use of images by Marie Photography

Marie Photography may use any photos on our website, facebook fan page, and instagram. If you do not want your photos published, please let the studio know on the day of your session. You must let the studio know at EVERY photo session you want to opt out of all sneak peeks etc. You agree to let Marie Photography know in advance that you would like to opt out of all sneak peeks, social media posts, etc.

Each gallery comes with a set number of photos which will be stated on each session type. Additional photos can be purchased for a nominal fee when applicable.

Unedited images are not provided. Finished products only are given to clients. 

 

Galleries

Galleries will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of your session payment. Photos are kept by Marie Photography for 1 year. After 1 year, Marie Photography is no longer liable for the storage of your digital files. 

 

Cancellations

We know sickness and life can happen! By signing this, you agree to contact Marie Photography as soon as possible if you need to reschedule the session and you will reschedule to a new session with 2 weeks of the original date.

If you cancel and do not reschedule within those terms, you agree to a $100 dollar cancellation fee to be paid AND a prepayment for any future session you schedule. Your time is as valuable as ours and we do not hold appointments for people who do not intend on showing up.

The themed/seasonal minis have a non-refundable/non-transferable retainer as stated when you booked that session. If you can not attend the seasonal/themed mini, you understand that the retainer you paid is forfeited as a cancellation fee.  

 

Payment

I agree to provide payment within 24 hours after the invoice is sent by cash or with an online invoice. I understand that checks can not be accepted. If payment is not provided, the editing workflow does not start and may delay your gallery up to 60 days.

 

Health & Safety

For Cake Smash sessions, we can not provide a cake if your child has food sensitivities/allergies. Marie Photography can not guarantee a cake to be made in a nut free area, or not contain dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, etc. If your child has dietary needs, we request that you bring your own cake to the session.
